Kas tai yra

Programėlė rodo orų prognozę ir rekomendacijas dronų skrydžiams planuoti. Tai pagalbinė informacija, o ne oficiali orų prognozė ar leidimas skristi. Prieš skrydį patikrinkite oficialius šaltinius, oro erdvės apribojimus ir taisykles. Sprendimą skristi priima ir už jį atsako nuotolinio valdymo pilotas.

Nemokama versija ir Pro

Nemokama versija naudojama be registracijos.
Pro – mėnesio arba metų prenumerata. Kaina ir nemokamo laikotarpio trukmė parodomos prieš pirkimą. Prenumerata atsinaujina automatiškai, kol ją atšaukiate; atšaukus Pro veikia iki apmokėto laikotarpio pabaigos.
Svetainėje mokėjimą tvarko Stripe, o prenumeratą atšaukti galima programėlės skiltyje „Apie“. Programėlėse mokėjimą tvarko ir prenumeratas valdo Google Play arba Apple – taikomos ir jų taisyklės.

Ko negalima

Negalima automatiškai (robotais, skriptais) siųsti užklausų programėlės serveriui, apeiti užklausų limitų ar Pro apsaugos, kopijuoti, perparduoti ar platinti programėlės duomenų, kodo ar dizaino ir naudoti jų panašiam produktui kurti. Pažeidus šias sąlygas, prieiga gali būti apribota.

Žemėlapiai ir duomenys

Orų duomenys: Open-Meteo.com, licencija CC BY 4.0 (šaltiniai ir licencijos). Naudojami ir kiti duomenų šaltiniai: ne tik orų modeliai, bet ir kasdieniai konkrečių vietovių stebėjimai.

Palydovo vaizdas: Powered by Esri. Source: Esri, Vantor, Earthstar Geographics, and the GIS User Community. Jis skirtas tik vietai žemėlapyje parinkti – ne navigacijai, ne matavimams ir ne kitiems tikslams, kur klaida galėtų sukelti žalą žmonėms ar turtui. Jam taikomos ir Esri naudojimo sąlygos. Esri ir jos duomenų tiekėjai neteikia jokių garantijų dėl šio vaizdo ir, kiek leidžia įstatymai, neatsako už jokią žalą, kilusią jį naudojant.

Programėlė teikiama tokia, kokia yra. Stengiamės, kad ji veiktų be pertrūkių ir būtų tiksli, bet negarantuojame, kad prognozė visada pasitvirtins ar paslauga veiks be trikdžių. Kiek leidžia įstatymai, neatsakome už netiesioginę žalą ir žalą, kilusią dėl sprendimo skristi ar neskristi. Ši nuostata neriboja atsakomybės, kurios pagal įstatymus riboti negalima.

What it is

The app shows a weather forecast and recommendations for planning drone flights. It is guidance only, not an official weather forecast or a permission to fly. Before flying, check official sources, airspace restrictions and the rules. The decision to fly, and the responsibility for it, rests with the remote pilot.

Free version and Pro

The free version works without sign-up.
Pro is a monthly or yearly subscription. The price and the length of any free trial are shown before you buy. The subscription renews automatically until you cancel it; after cancelling, Pro works until the end of the paid period.
On the website, payment is handled by Stripe and you can cancel in the app's “About” section. In the apps, payment and subscriptions are handled by Google Play or Apple, and their rules apply as well.

A subscription bought on the website or in Google Play works on up to 3 phones. An App Store subscription works on all devices of the same Apple ID.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

What is not allowed

Sending automated requests (bots, scripts) to the app's server, getting around request limits or the Pro protection, copying, reselling or distributing the app's data, code or design, or using them to build a similar product. Breaking these terms may lead to restricted access.

Maps and data

Weather data by Open-Meteo.com, licensed under CC BY 4.0 (sources and licences). Other data sources are used as well: not only weather models but also daily observations at specific locations.
Satellite view: Powered by Esri. Source: Esri, Vantor, Earthstar Geographics, and the GIS User Community. It is only for picking a place on the map – not for navigation, measurement or any other use where an error could harm people or property. The Esri terms of use apply to it as well. Esri and its data providers give no warranty for this imagery and, to the extent permitted by law, are not liable for any damage arising from its use.

Liability

The app is provided as is. We work to keep it running and accurate, but we do not guarantee that a forecast will always come true or that the service will run without interruption. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage or for damage arising from a decision to fly or not to fly. This does not limit any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and governing law

If these terms change, the date at the top is updated; Pro subscribers are told about material changes in advance. Lithuanian law applies; the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence still apply. You may also turn to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority of Lithuania (vvtat.lrv.lt). How we handle data is described in the privacy policy.
